- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I absolutely love my doctors and they are always great! I do have a complaint though. Every time I have to go to the lab for blood work or give a urine sample, the staff is desk staff are incredibly rude! The Phlebotomist who took my blood was sweet! Another complaint and possibly a HIPPA violation, when placed my urine sample in the "deposit box" there were 6 other samples sitting in there with patient information. I am not sure how long each had been in there but I can't imagine they are supposed to be left out.I could not find anywhere on the site yet to speak with someone about this but I do intend to call to make sure the hospital knows this is happeningSeptember 30, 2017by Morgan Nelson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For insurance purposes, be aware they do not bill themselves as an urgent care center even thought they say they are an urgent care center. It is billed as an outpatient visit and your copay may be different. The care my Son received was vert good.June 09, 2017by Dana Nasiff
